Short guided meditations

I find it very helpful to record meditations I find in books and then listen to them. Because, really, how can I read the guided meditation and do it simultaneously? So, here are some meditations that I have found in various books or websites that have given me a few minutes of freedom from my neurotic mind :) If you have your own meditation practice, a daily moment dedicated to presence, wonderful! I have found out that different things work for different people, so here are some resources. They are great book and websites to look into as well. Make yourself comfortable and enjoy!
